Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition as delivered

  • Returned in the original packaging

Exceptions – Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The request is raised after 7 days from delivery

  • The item is worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging

  • The product was purchased during an exclusive sale or limited-time offer (unless there’s a size issue or damage—then we’ll help with an exchange based on stock availability)

  • The product was purchased through EMI (in that case, 1 exchange is allowed per order, based on size availability)

Please Note

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (usually ₹75–₹100) are non-refundable in case of a return

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
